1. A  big picture of  neutrino-xray transient search programs (Yoshida 15 min)

2. A MAXI search for the sub-threshold X-ray emission associated with the neutrinos detected by IceCube  (Iwakiri 30 min)

3. Making MAXI dataset to search for associated neutrino events (Serino 20 min)

4. Searches for coincident xray signals recorded by XMM/Chandra/any other xray observatories associated with public IceCube alert events (Tsujimoto + Mizuno 30 min)

5. Round-table discussions on our future directions.
