* The registration fee covers admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and conference banquet.
Cancellation Policy:
- On or before 15 June 2026: Full refund, minus a 6% processing fee.
- From 16 June 2026 until the standard registration deadline: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- After the standard registration deadline of 13 July 2026 at 14:00 JST: As a general rule, registration fees are non-refundable.
