- Takinoyu Venue Status: We have already received a large number of hotel reservations. Please note that single rooms at Takinoyu are currently fully booked, though rooms remain available for groups of two or more people. Sharing a Japanese-style room with others is a traditional practice at Japanese hot spring inns. If you are comfortable sharing a room with other participants, a wider range of options will be available to you at Takinoyu as well. The hotel coordinator is making every effort to adjust and optimize room availability. We will announce again if there are any updates.
- For Single Travelers: Since single rooms at the main venue are fully booked, we newly offer the following alternative options that provide practical single rooms:
- Hotel Ohsho (Ryokan near the venue / *Note: September bookings will open soon)
- Hotel Livemax Tendo (Western-style business hotel)
- Hotel Route-Inn Tendo (Western-style business hotel)
- Business Hotel Izukura (Western-style business hotel)
- Since we cannot list every available option on this page, we highly recommend checking major online booking platforms such as Booking.com or Agoda for additional single-room availability in the Tendo area.
Accommodation Policy:
Please note that the LOC does not provide block bookings or hotel reservation services. Participants are kindly requested to book their own accommodations directly. We recommend making early reservations as Tendo Onsen is a popular destination.

How to Book with Participant Discount:
- Access the reservation system via the official website (see the button below).
- A list of available rooms and plans will be displayed.
- Select your preferred room and ensure you click on "Regular Rates" (this is required to use the discount).
- Click on "Calculate Price/Enter Personal Information".
- In the "Using coupons" field, enter the code:
TeVPa2026. The price will then be updated with the 5% discount.
